GPASS Appointment Confirmations

Handwriting appointment slips takes time and it's easy to make a mistake (or be accused of this when the patient turns up on the wrong day!). Instead - allocate a patient to an appointment slot and immediately print out a confirmation label like the example shown. Or select a patient in the Browser and print a confirmation for all their current appointments. Our new Appointment Confirmation extension for LabelTrace^® in GPASS makes this simple, and for a very modest cost.

It is now possible to launch our Appointment confirmation extension for LabelTrace^® from the Browser or Appointments Module. If launched from the appointment module it will print a confirmation for the currently selected slot. If launched from the Browser, there are options to print confirmations for all appointments for the patient or any selected one.

Version 5.6 of GPASS will support this directly. Prior to this version being available we use some additional software to provide an equivalent launching mechanism. You may choose to print a simple confirmation on the same labels used for lab labelling. Alternative card media (credit card size) may be used which allows larger fonts etc, as shown in the second example. The cards are £47 per box of 6,000 (or £149 for a bulk box of 25,000). This application is supplied as a site licence per practice, i.e. may be used throughout the practice, including branch surgeries. Cost: £199 per site licence (Costs excludes VAT and assumes self installation by each practice) Note that this application requires an existing licence for LabelTrace® for GPASS.
